How to obtain email headers
Please note, if obtaining email headers for a blocked email message being sent to you, the sender may need to contact their email provider for further assistance obtaining these.How to obtain email headers:
You can obtain email headers by either downloading them from your webmail, or through your email client.
Webmail through Horde:
- Log in to your webmail
- Select the email
- There will be a plus sign next to the time on the preview area on the bottom, click this
- Select "View Source," and copy and paste this information to us
Webmail through Roundcube:
- Log in to your webmail
- Select the email
- There will be a down arrow on the preview on the right, click this
- Copy and paste the information to us.
